They are great. However, the bicycle has mechanical issues on receipt. I called customer support & help for over 30 minutes, hung up & called back & left number for a return call. ProForm called back about twenty minutes later & indicated they would send out replacement parts. I also bought power adapter which I feel ought to have been included. four days later & I still don't have the parts. You would think they could have at least shipped them overnight. I own a ProForm treadmill also. It works ok but slips sometimes while you are walking. I am rethinking my stand on ProForm.
